Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer with Core Java expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development, production monitoring, and SRE practices and a proven ability to support and improve resilient, observable services in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Core Java services and components.


• Implement SRE best practices including reliability, availability, and performance improvements.


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze production systems using Splunk and Dynatrace.


• Participate in on-call rotations and drive incident response and post-incident reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Core Java development.


• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.


• Strong SRE background with focus on incident management and service reliability.


• Experience level: 3-5 years in relevant roles.

Preferred Skills:

• ATM technology or banking domain experience.


• Familiarity with Agile practices.

Role Logistics

• Work schedule: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., 100% onsite in Westerville, OH.


• On-call weekend rotation every 4-5 weeks with compensatory time during the week.


• Interview process: 2 rounds via Zoom, no live coding.


• Degree not mandatory.


• Post-conversion grade: 601/602. The role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
