File Transfer Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (Must be able to sit onsite 3 days per week.)
Length: 6+ month Assignment
Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour W2
Role Overview
We are seeking a File Transfer Analyst to support multiple systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution. The role involves managing onboarding tasks and projects related to moving encrypted files from legacy platforms to new systems. This position requires an individual who can handle repetitive tasks with precision and a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels within established service-level agreements.
• Handle and assign requests for file transfers and platform setup.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for sign-in requests and other technical issues.
• Coordinate activities across various teams, including application development and infrastructure services.
• Maintain consistent communication and responsiveness via email.
• Support the migration of encrypted files between platforms.

Technical Skills: Experience with file transfer protocols such as HTTPS, FTP, and/or SFTP.
Professional Skills:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capacity to perform monotonous tasks accurately and consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and solve problems in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AS2 protocol.
• Experience with multitasking and maintaining a fulfillment system of record.
• Strong teamwork skills for interaction with internal and external partners.
