We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive glass repair and replacement specialist in Germany, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical and operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide customer service from order placement to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and optimize incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a strong preference for experience as an automotive master craftsman, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the required certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or already hold this qualification.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class B) and good German language proficiency.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and comfortable with PC-based systems.
• Exhibit strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate teamwork, independent work ethic, and a collaborative approach.
