Agiloft Consultant/Product owner/Product Manager

Skills/Experience needed:

• Experience with Agiloft AI-assisted contract review, workflow automation, Salesforce integration, metadata-driven insights, and contract review optimization.
• Experience working closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Negotiation Consultants, Commercial teams, IT, and Agiloft partners
• Ensures the solution aligns with the intended goal of being easier to do business by reducing contract review friction, accelerating contract execution, increasing transparency, and enabling Legal teams to focus on higher-value legal decisions. 
• Own and maintain the Legal Contract Review (LCR) product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics
• Own and maintain Legal Contract Review (LCR)  Backlog refinement, user story creation, and detailed feature estimation
• Prioritize features that reduce contract cycle time, improve user experience, and increase reviewer productivity
• Partner with Legal stakeholders, Negotiation Consultants, and Commercial teams to define requirements and validate business value.
• Drive adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure solutions are scalable, governable, and aligned with the future-state contract review operating model
• Ensure product readiness to increase contract throughput reviewer capacity, and reduce review cycle time.
