Quality Engineer

Location: Bedford, NH Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually Description: Quality Engineer opening with an aerospace company supporting missions ranging from the International Space Station to Mars, as well as critical U.S. military programs.

This role is fully onsite in Bedford, NH and is a full-time position with long-term growth within a stable, expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support engineering and operations to ensure designs meet AS9100 quality standards and customer flowdown requirements
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, documentation, and training materials
• Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Perform hands-on inspections to verify conformance using various inspection equipment
• Ensure supplier/vendor quality compliance with internal and customer requirements
• Support quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Experience with inspection tools and/or CMM is a plus
• Background in root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
