Sales Manager - Edinburgh - Up to 38,000 plus bonus
Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator is seeking a Sales Manager to manage a small team in their offices based near Edinburgh. You will be responsible for a team creating unforgettable holidays built around experiences. This role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month and a salary of 38,000 plus commission dependent on experience.
Sales Manager responsiibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop the team driving sales performance and KPI's
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Ensure enquiries are converted into confirmed bookings.
  • Encourage repeat business and strengthen loyalty programme engagement.
  • Monitor performance, reporting and CRM data accuracy.
  • Provide sales forecasts and commercial insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the guest experience.

Sales Manager skills required:

  • Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent coaching, leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
  • Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Additional information:

  • Up to 38,000 plus bonus and incentives
  • Office based near Edinburgh
  • Mon-Fri plus one Saturday per month
