System Engineer

Symbotic LLC is seeking a System Engineer to design, integrate, and support our automated warehouse and supply chain platforms powered by robotics, AI, and proprietary software. In this role, you will architect and configure end-to-end systems spanning servers, networks, storage, and automation components to deliver reliable, high-performance customer deployments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and implement monitoring and security best practices. Collaborating with software, robotics, and operations teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement, scalability, and new product rollouts in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate end-to-end systems for automated warehouse and supply chain platforms
• Configure and maintain servers, networks, storage, and automation components
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and performance issues in production environments
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability best practices for mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with robotics, software, and operations teams on deployments and upgrades
• Document architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Support system scalability, security, and high availability across customer sites
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new feature rollouts in an Agile environment
