Are you a passionate BCBA looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference while maintaining a healthy work-life balance? At Behavioral Health Works (BHW), we’re committed to helping children and families thrive—and we’re looking for dedicated clinicians to grow with us!

We offer a collaborative clinical environment, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities to make a lasting impact. With 25 billable hours per week, hybrid opportunities, and a sign-on bonus, BHW provides an environment where you can focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality, individualized care.

What We’re About

At BHW, we specialize in personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, clinical leadership, and behavior technicians work closely with families to develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress and promote greater independence.

Our Massachusetts programs include insurance-based ABA services, school-based behavioral support through Boston Public Schools (BPS), and Early Intervention Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) services.

Your Role as a BCBA

As a BCBA at BHW, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of individualized ABA services. You’ll assess client needs, develop and monitor treatment plans, mentor and supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to promote skill development and meaningful outcomes.

Working closely with the Area Director and clinical team, you’ll help maintain high standards of clinical quality while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for staff, clients, and families.
