DATA SCIENTIST-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
This position is for a senior technical authority for enterprise AI and advanced analytics. The role involves defining long-term vision, shaping enterprise-wide data science strategy, and driving transformative, cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will lead large-scale data-driven transformations, establish governance frameworks, advise executive leadership, and mentor high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of applications, automation platforms, and analytics capabilities supporting Vendor Management Office (VMO) operations.
• Serve as the technical lead for the automation and digitization of VMO processes, including vendor intake, SOW procurement, and contract management.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve VMO productivity, analytics, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain an integrated VMO data ecosystem, designing integrations across various enterprise systems.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns, development standards, and technical best practices.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting solutions for visibility into vendor spend, performance, and risk.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their applicability to VMO and procurement processes.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, responsible AI, and data governance requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education: An advanced degree is required.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive data science and AI leadership with a track record of enterprise-level impact and experience influencing C-suite strategy.
Technical Skills: Master-level proficiency in Python or R; expertise in full-stack application development, Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, data and analytics, and AI development standards.
Preferred Qualifications

• A PhD is preferred.
• Published research or patents.
• Experience scaling data science organizations.
• Leadership in AI governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience establishing enterprise standards for responsible use of AI coding assistants.
