The Role

• Develop, plan, and implement marketing, sales, and communication strategies, including all B2C initiatives.
• Take responsibility for the conceptual, creative, and visual execution of marketing strategies.
• Engage in the continuous development and re-conceptualization of innovative marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare and analyze reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, including assortment discussions and new product introductions.
• Conduct market analysis and provide merchandising and training advice.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A keen interest in advertising, marketing, and sales.
• An economic mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with creative flair.
• Good to very good English language skills.

• Monthly salary of €320 - €375 gross, depending on the partner company.
• Study fees covered, up to €789 per month.
