Oracle Fusion Finance Lead

Introduction

As an Oracle Fusion Finance Lead, you will be responsible for onsite client engagement and business transformation. You will act as the primary point of contact for client finance leads, steering committees, and corporate controllers, translating complex financial requirements into standard Oracle capabilities. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end finance solution architecture and configuration, as well as oversee cross-pillar integration between Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client finance leads, steering committees, and corporate controllers
• Lead onsite discovery and CRP workshops to align client accounting processes with Oracle Modern Best Practices
• Manage scope boundaries onsite, evaluate custom change requests, and drive standard SaaS adoption
• Lead architectural design and setup across key modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
• Define Chart of Accounts structures, legal entities, and financial reporting hierarchies
• Architect multi-currency, intercompany accounting, and tax structures
• Partner with SCM architects to ensure seamless subledger accounting flows
• Configure Subledger Accounting rules to automate complex accounting entries
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for offshore delivery team
• Lead data conversion strategies and oversee User Acceptance Testing
• Plan and execute financial cutover activities and provide go-live support
