About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international financial institution with a significant presence across the Middle East. The organisation operates within a highly regulated environment and is focused on strengthening regulatory reporting, enhancing management information capabilities and driving efficiencies through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Job Description
  • Lead the regulatory reporting function across multiple Middle East entities.
  • Oversee preparation, review and submission of prudential regulatory returns.
  • Monitor and implement regulatory reporting changes across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable prudential regulations and reporting standards.
  • Produce and enhance management information packs for senior leadership and committees.
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to provide analytical insights and business performance reporting.
  • Lead regulatory reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage regulatory reporting policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulators on reporting-related matters.
  • Assess the impact of new regulatory requirements and drive implementation plans.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for reporting and management information activities.
  • Support strategic projects and provide regulatory expertise on key business initiatives.


The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive banking regulatory reporting experience within a multinational financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of prudential regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience leading finance, reporting or regulatory reporting teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong management information, financial analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory and financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within a complex international banking environment.
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated project delivery and change management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
