Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customer accounts<br />Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D and 5 Why methodologies<br />Coordinate customer visits, audits and quality reviews<br />Support PPAP preparation and APQP activities for new product introduction<br />Monitor and analyse customer PPM, scrap and rework performance<br />Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce non-conformances<br />As Quality Engineer, your experience will include:

Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing quality environment<br />Experience leading customer complaint investigations and corrective actions<br />Practical use of 8D, 5 Why and root cause analysis methodologies<br />Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&amp;T<br />Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 advantageous<br />Auditor qualification, lead auditor training, or experience with SPC and MSA desirable<br />If you're looking for a role where your technical expertise shapes real customer outcomes, this Quality Engineer position offers exactly that.
