The Role

• Compile and analyze financial information for the organization.
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accurate financial data.
• Identify trends in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Lead and direct the work of others, potentially coordinating junior staff.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Strong Excel and financial management software skills.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 3 years of FP&A experience is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Proven track record in process improvement and detailed financial analysis.
