LoanIQ Business Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a LoanIQ Business Analyst on behalf of our client in United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Finastra Loan IQwithin banking or financial services, along with expertise in requirements analysis, loan servicing processes, SQL, APIs, data models, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing, repayments, and restructures.
  • Serve as a Loan IQ SME across servicing, accounting, agency deals, and system integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and support SIT/UAT, including test case development, defect tracking, and business validation.
  • Perform production support, issue triage, data analysis, and root cause investigation.
  • Support integrations between Loan IQ and external or enterprise applications.
  • Utilize SQL, APIs, scripting, and data models for analysis and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in commercial lending, syndicated loans, or loan operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Loan IQ and loan lifecycle functionality.
  • Experience with Loan IQ servicing, accounting, agency, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation skills.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, data models, and scripting.
  • Experience integrating Loan IQ with external systems or enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Banking or financial services experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Finastra or other loan servicing platform vendors.
  • Knowledge of loan accounting, GL integrations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and user story development.
  • Experience supporting Loan IQ implementations, upgrades, or migration programs.
  • Knowledge of automation, workflow optimization, and operational transformation.
