People Business Partner

Full time | Field based | North West and North East

Are you an experienced People Business Partner who enjoys having the autonomy to make decisions, influence senior leaders and genuinely shape how a business develops its people?

We’re recruiting for a large, evolving organisation looking for a confident and commercially minded People Business Partner to join an established regional leadership team.

It’s an interesting time to join. The business is going through significant change, with investment in its brands, leadership structure and the development of its future talent. You’ll be right at the heart of that, working with an experienced leadership team to help the region continue to develop and perform.

• An experienced regional team who want a People Partner who can bring ideas, solutions and constructive challenge
• Scope to influence the longer-term people agenda, rather than simply responding to day-to-day HR issues

You’ll be an established People/HR Business Partner who is self-assured, pragmatic and comfortable operating independently. You don’t need to have worked within an organisation of this size before – someone who has had broad ownership and genuine influence within a smaller business could be a great fit.

The role covers the North West and North East, Yorkshire, the East Midlands and East of England. It’s full time and field based, with around 3–4 days a week typically spent out across the region. There’s plenty of flexibility around how you manage your diary.

The package includes:

• Salary up to £65,000
• £5,700 car allowance or company car
• 10% discretionary annual bonus
