About the Company

A well-established Microsoft Dynamics consulting and technology services company in South Florida is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for a contract-to-hire position.

Our company has more than 10 years of experience providing Microsoft business application consulting, implementation, migration, development, cloud, reporting, and ongoing support services to customers throughout the United States.

We specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related third-party solutions.

Position

We are looking for a hands-on Business Central consultant who can work directly with customers and independently handle functional consulting, configuration, implementation, training, troubleshooting, and data migration.

Responsibilities include Business Central implementation and configuration; customer discovery and requirements gathering; Financial Management, GL, AP, AR, Banking, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory; GP-to-Business Central migrations; data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation; customer demonstrations and end-user training; UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support; troubleshooting; and working with developers on customizations and integrations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, a strong understanding of accounting and ERP processes, experience configuring BC financial modules, strong customer-facing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Experience with Dynamics GP, GP-to-BC migrations, AL/Visual Studio Code, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure, Dynamics 365 Sales, Insight Works, manufacturing, APIs, and integrations is a plus.

Candidates must be located in South Florida or within reasonable commuting distance. Some work can be performed remotely, but local meetings and customer site visits may be required.

Compensation

The contract rate is $70–$85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Successful candidates may transition to a full-time position with an anticipated salary of $120,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
