Job description

Join Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), and do work that matters to children, families, and your community. From our classrooms to the roles that keep our centers running, every position contributes to a welcoming, caring environment. We’re looking for team members who value teamwork, bring a caring attitude, and take pride in what they do.

We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Teachers to join our wonderful team! The ideal candidates will possess the flexibility to work with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Additionally, we are seeking a seasoned Toddler teacher for ages 1.5-2.5.

Qualifications are as follows:

  • AAS or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an early childhood licensed center.
  • Completion of all required ECE coursework for an AAS degree program in which the individual is enrolled, without full completion of the degree, and at least 1 year of early childhood work experience.
  • We will also consider candidates who have completed at least 60 semester hours toward a bachelor’s degree, including a minimum of 12 semester hours in ECE/Child Development, along with 2 years of experience in an early childhood licensed center.
Pay Range
$15.50—$19.50 USD
