Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation program currently in its Hypercare phase. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, configuring payroll solutions, troubleshooting issues, conducting testing activities, and supporting ongoing payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll processes, data integration, and system configuration while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Analyze and document business, HR, and payroll requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Support data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Perform issue triage, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Utilize SQL and analytical tools to investigate payroll and data-related issues
• Coordinate with business users, product management, and technical teams
• Support change management activities and deployment processes
• Develop and execute system testing plans
• Assist with ongoing production support and Hypercare activities
• Mentor team members on SAP Payroll configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience configuring and supporting payroll solutions within SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes
• Experience with Employee Central to ECP data replication
• SQL experience for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, and solution delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience configuring payroll schemas within Employee Central Payroll
• Knowledge of BSI Tax Factory configuration and support
• Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments
• Experience with:
