Manager, Creator Operations (Remote)

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 49 per hourWe are seeking a Manager, Creator Operations to lead execution across our creator operations, brand safety, and creator care strategy for our retail media network. In this role, you will lead influencer campaigns and directly manage supplier relationships while driving a creator-centric culture that delivers white-glove service across every touchpoint. Working closely with cross-functional business, product, tech, and design teams, you will foster creator relationships and deliver on supplier-funded campaigns. This is an entrepreneurial marketing role focused on expanding our creator ecosystem and building our position as a leader in content-to-commerce.

Responsibilities:Execute Operations: Drive daily operations for the creator and influencer channel, including strategy refinement, creator communications, and campaign activations.

Elevate Creator Care: Implement strategies around brand safety, customer care, and operations to deliver an exceptional, end-to-end experience for creators.

Drive Financial & Strategic Planning: Forecast economics for creator initiatives, refine operational roadmaps based on measurement frameworks, and minimize business risk.

Mitigate Risk & Protect Reputation: Proactively identify potential platform and brand risks, developing preventative measures to safeguard the business.

Establish Benchmarks: Define success metrics for creator care and build robust tracking methods to evaluate performance.

Manage Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Oversee vendor performance, track metrics, and identify strategic opportunities for mutual growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to manage campaign timelines and align operations with product roadmaps.

Member-First Advocacy: Bring a member-first mindset to all campaign executions, processes, and partner interactions.

Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Operations, e-Commerce, or Retail.

Industry Networks: Established relationships and experience working alongside business and marketing leaders across media, retail, or e-commerce.

Builder Mindset: Proven ability to create programs from scratch, self-start with minimal direction, and design scalable processes and strategic frameworks.

Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication skills with a proactive "make things happen" attitude across email, calls, and in-person meetings.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional organizational skills focused on driving operational efficiency and scalability.
