Senior IT Project Manager (PMP Preferred) - SLA drafting, Requirements Gathering, and RFP Preparation

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, Service Level Agreement (SLA) development, and RFP preparation.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects on time while maintaining excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful project delivery.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

• Draft, review, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support vendor and business partnerships.

• Prepare and support Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, vendor evaluations, and procurement activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.

• Create clear technical and business documentation, including project plans, reports, and process documentation.

• Ensure projects align with organizational goals, quality standards, and governance processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.

• 5+ years of experience drafting and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• 5+ years of experience gathering business and technical requirements.

• 3+ years of experience preparing and supporting RFP processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.

• Technical writing experience.

• Experience working with enterprise IT projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
