Managing Director - Legal - Morgan McKinley

Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a Managing Director - Legal to join their Legal team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Lead the trading documentation function and represent Global Markets leadership, regional governance forums and key control partners.
• Set regional priorities and execution standards in alignment with the global strategy, business growth objectives, risk appetite and governance requirements
• Lead the negotiation and execution of complex trading agreements for derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed income, securities financing and other Global Markets products.
• Advise on complex deal structures, documentation strategy, credit protections, collateral terms, regulatory requirements and operational readiness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to trading desks and senior business stakeholders, providing practical solutions that support client objectives while operating within approved risk parameters.

Previous experience leading Legal Markets teams is preferred.
