Must-have skills:-

•          Prior hands-on requirements gathering, not just membership on a project team.

•          Agile experience is not strictly required but is a big plus over a purely waterfall background.

•          Write or refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

•          Document current-state processes and future-state improvements.

•          Identify cross-system dependencies and risks and proactively communicate gaps.

Arrangements:-

•          Hybrid: three days a week in the office, with no fixed days. In-person attendance is expected for PI planning (about 3 days) and for team workshops, so flexible scheduling is key.

•          Because the teams do implementations, candidates need to flex their hours, sometimes working late at night or early in the morning. Someone rigidly limited to daytime hours would be a poor fit.

Role Overview:-

Customer Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst contractor to support the delivery and enhancement of digital solutions. This individual will work as an embedded member of a cross-functional product team, partnering with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, UX/design, QA, and vendors to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex business processes, work independently, facilitate conversations across business and technical teams, and help move work from initial discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.

· Translate business and design needs into clear technical and functional requirements for delivery teams.

· Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, refinement discussions, and other working sessions with business and Digital stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain process flows, requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts required for product delivery.

· Analyze current-state business and system processes and help define improved future-state processes.

· Serve as a Business Analyst point of contact for an Agile product team, collaborating throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and implementation.

· Identify requirements gaps, cross-system dependencies, risks, issues, and potential downstream impacts.

· Partner with QA and business stakeholders to validate that delivered solutions meet established business requirements.

· Support issue analysis and resolution during development, testing, deployment, and production support.

· Build strong working relationships across business, Digital, vendor, and technology teams.

· Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve digital experiences, and deliver better customer and business outcomes.

· Develop, document, and maintain detailed manual test scripts and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

· Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing support across customer-facing digital applications.

Required Qualifications:-

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, computer science, mathematics, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience working with IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst experience.

· 3+ years of experience in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.

· 3+ years of experience in agile software development.

· Hands on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-analysis skills.

· Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.

· Strong business-process analysis and process-mapping capabilities.

· Strong facilitation skills and experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables within a fast-moving product environment.

Preferred Qualifications:-

· Experience supporting Web and Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or ongoing product delivery.

· Experience testing customer-facing web and mobile applications.

· Experience testing integrations between digital applications, APIs, and backend systems.

· Familiarity with accessibility, cross-browser, responsive-design, and mobile-device testing.

· Experience supporting testing throughout the full software development lifecycle, from refinement through production validation.

· Experience leveraging AI and generative AI tools.
