**Client is looking for candidates who are Clinical Operations worked on Clinical Data.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Pharma Clinical Trial Operations Data Analyst to join the Data Team supporting clinical operations. This role will contribute to building a clinical trial operations metrics engine, mapping data from the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) into an Operational Data and Metrics Repository. The ideal candidate can work independently with stakeholders across the globe — spanning business and technology teams — translating business needs into functional requirements, detailed data mappings, and data business rules, while analyzing data in depth to derive conclusions and recommend corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a metrics engine, mapping CTMS data into an Operational Data and Metrics Repository.
Support key initiatives through data analysis, business requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
Independently engage global stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather and validate requirements.
Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements, detailed data mappings, and data business rules.
Perform in-depth data analysis, validation, and root cause analysis; derive conclusions and recommend corrective actions.
Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with a solid understanding of database tables, relationships, and data models.
Ability to perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and work effectively with technical teams.
Knowledge of CTMS and clinical trial operations.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
Knowledge of analyzing data in databricks preferred
