QA Automation Engineer

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automated Testing, Quality Assurance, and experience with Payments, specifically ACH (Automated Clearing House) and money movement. This position will be based in either Phoenix, Arizona or Sandy, Utah, with preference for the latter location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for payment systems, with a focus on ACH, Wires, and Real-time payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure adherence to best practices
• Identify and report bugs and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing to ensure system reliability
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in QA automation

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6+ years of quality assurance experience
• Experience building ACH and other money movement rails at financial institutions in the US
• Hands-on experience with ACH, Wires, Real-time payments, etc.
• Strong QA background with expertise in Architecture

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in QA or related field
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
