Required Skills
6+ years of Scrum Master experience, with current project experience as a Project Manager supporting Agile delivery.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Agile ceremonies, team coaching, and impediment removal.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in banking, payments, ACH, Treasury, Positive Pay, or financial services.
Experience working in regulated environments. CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
