We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit team at a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein. The Role

• Ensure intensive care for patients, including basic and advanced nursing care, aromatherapy, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage life-saving organ replacement therapies (e.g., ECMO/ECLS, CRRT) in a multidisciplinary team and participate in emergency resuscitation efforts.
• Prepare, assist, and perform post-operative care for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bronchoscopies and tracheotomies.
• Provide empathetic and individualized support to families, loved ones, and terminally ill patients.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, specialized training in anesthesia and/or intensive care medicine, or a willingness to pursue it.
• A committed, communicative, and team-oriented personality demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and humanity.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shift patterns and foster a positive work-life balance.
