L.L.Bean is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences in our retail environment. In this role, you'll welcome customers, listen to their needs, and recommend apparel, footwear, and outdoor gear that fit their adventures and lifestyles. You'll maintain product displays, restock inventory, and ensure our sales floor is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Using POS systems, you'll process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately. Responsibilities
