Job description

Role: Pega Architect
Location: Manhattan, NYC (HYBRID)
Technical Skills:
•12+ years of overall IT experience
•5+ years of hands-on Pega development
•Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification (mandatory or preferred)
•Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform
•Expertise in:
◦Case Management & BPM
◦Flow rules, decision rules, and business logic
◦Data pages and data transforms
◦UI development (Sections / Views / Portals) with constellation
◦Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, DB)
◦Security (Access Groups, Roles, Privileges)
•Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance tuning
Process Skills:
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
•Ability to work with others in a team environment.
•Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
