Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Human Resources Administrative Assistant Pflugerville/Round Rock residential electrical company seeking Human Resources Admin Assistant. Ideal candidate must possess a sense of creativity and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be fun, extremely organized, self-motivated, have excellent attendance, and be willing to work overtime as needed. The ideal candidate works well with others and has a positive, upbeat attitude. Primary tasks involve:
Human Resources Administrative Assistant Pflugerville/Round Rock residential electrical company seeking Human Resources Admin Assistant. Ideal candidate must possess a sense of creativity and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be fun, extremely organized, self-motivated, have excellent attendance, and be willing to work overtime as needed. The ideal candidate works well with others and has a positive, upbeat attitude. Primary tasks involve:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including but not limited to maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating HR databases.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and facilitating candidate communication.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, assist with onboarding paperwork, and handle exit procedures for departing employees.
- Benefits Administration: Aid in benefits enrollment and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure HR policies and procedures compliance, maintain accurate records, and assist in audits when necessary.
- Assist with Safety and Fleet administrative functions, recordkeeping, compliance tracking, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and other operational support tasks as needed.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and speaking skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Bilingual - Spanish and English.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Passion for providing an amazing employee experience.
- Experience with Paycor HCM Software.
- Basic computer hardware set up knowledge - workstations, monitors and printers.
