The Manual Tester / BSA will be responsible for manual testing of Empower LOS and a new proprietary Loan Officer Digital platform. The role involves test script creation, execution, and validation of functional and regulatory workflows.

Skills: Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS.
Experience in manual testing and test case creation.
Understanding of mortgage lending workflows.
Basic knowledge of regulatory concepts affecting mortgage systems.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Job Description:

Review completed requirements and build manual test scripts.
Execute functional and end to end testing for:
o Empower LOS
o New proprietary Loan Officer Digital system
Validate mortgage workflows and business scenarios.
Identify, document, and report defects and anomalies.
Validate compliance related workflows (e.g., TRID).
Proactively raise issues when functional or regulatory gaps are identified.
Collaborate with release and business teams during testing cycles.
