The Role

• Lead and inspire the hospital's inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives.
• Design and implement innovative referral programs to increase census.
• Guide, train, and develop the Business Development team.
• Create strategies aligned with the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Analyze market opportunities and threats, communicating findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify new service line opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare marketing or nurse liaison role.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, financial metrics, and reimbursement systems.
• Knowledge of physician relations, case management, and managed care.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
