Strong experience in S/4HANA Cloud, CAPM, and RAP frameworks
Should have over 15+ Years Experience
Lead and manage 5 pods in a player/coach role (hands-on + leadership)
Oversee a team of 5 developers and ensure quality delivery
Drive end-to-end solution design and implementation.
Ensure technical excellence, code quality, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage technical expectations effectively.
