Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of on-site engineers.
• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site.
• Ensure compliance, service delivery, and engineering performance.
• Build strong client relationships and drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Engineering Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Strong M&E building services knowledge.
• Leadership experience within commercial facilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
