• Understand user questions
• Reason and plan what to do
• Use different tools/APIs

• Retrieve information using RAG
• Complete multi-step tasks
• Work with enterprise applications

This is more than a Prompt Engineer. They need someone with hands-on GenAI + Agentic AI development experience.
