Systems/Network lmplementation Coordinator- Remote

Position Overview
Client is seeking two Implementation Coordinators to support technical implementation initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a technically strong Project Coordinator or Systems/Network Admin who can work hands-on with systems, networks, applications, and technical troubleshooting while also driving implementation activities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end technology implementation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across infrastructure, networking, systems, applications, vendors, and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and help resolve systems, network, connectivity, and application-related issues encountered during implementations. Work closely with technical teams to identify root causes, develop solutions, and drive issues through resolution.

Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, validation, and post-implementation activities. Track project status and communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders. Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensure technical dependencies and integration points are identified and addressed. Facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through. Partner with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure implementations remain on schedule. Support transition of implemented solutions into ongoing operational support.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, Implementation Manager, or IT Administrator, or similar role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with engineering/infrastructure teams. Experience managing technology implementations involving multiple technical teams or systems. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, dependency management, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to translate technical issues into clear business-level communication. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise infrastructure or application implementations.
Experience coordinating network changes, system deployments, integrations, or infrastructure migrations.
Experience working with third-party vendors and technical service providers.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
PMP, Scrum, or other project management certification is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a technically savvy Implementation Coordinator who can speak the language of engineers and project stakeholders. They don't need to be a network engineer or systems administrator, but they should be comfortable getting into the details of a technical problem, understanding dependencies, asking the right troubleshooting questions, and driving the technical team toward resolution.
