Senior SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with over 8+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, with deep knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, financial  consolidation, and financial accounting processes. This role requires strong business process expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to lead finance transformation initiatives.

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Design and implement SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Implement and support SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting. Drive finance transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions. Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and other SAP modules. Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process mapping. Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and production deployment. Provide guidance to functional consultants and offshore teams. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments. Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Solution Architect. Experience leading global implementation teams.
