Job Description

Title: PO/Scrum Master

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite 5 Days)

 

Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Develops and communicates the overarching product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Owns, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog—a dynamic to-do list of user stories, epics, and tasks ordered by business and customer value.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Acts as the primary liaison between business leaders, executives, customers, and the development team to secure buy-in.
  • User Story Creation: Writes granular user stories and precise acceptance criteria so the development team understands exactly what functionality is needed.
  • Sprint & Release Planning: Sets sprint goals and dictates release plans to ensure continuous delivery of value to the market.
