The Role

• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of fresh goods, including meats, sausages, and delicatessen items.
• Independently create specialty products using unique in-house recipes.
• Develop and implement creative ideas for sales promotions to drive business.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in food retail or the hospitality industry.
• A genuine interest in the preparation and refinement of fresh meat and produce.
• A passion for interacting with people and a love for the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
