Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects involving data, analytics, cloud, and business intelligence solutions.
2. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and governance standards.
4. Develop project documentation, monitor project performance, and drive continuous process improvements to support organizational objectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects involving data, analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills	Project Management, Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, SQL, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Azure DevOps, Jira
Business / Domain Skills	Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Budget Management, SDLC, Agile Methodology, Healthcare Data Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading healthcare or other regulated industry technology projects involving data governance and compliance.
2. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
3. Knowledge of enterprise architecture, AI initiatives, cloud technologies, and digital transformation programs.
