Swoon is actively hiring an RPA Fullstack Python Developer to join the team!
What your day-to-day will look like

• Build new Python automations that handle business tasks, from understanding the requirements through development and deployment.
• Design agentic AI workflows and use LLM-based agents where they add value to the process.
• Connect automations to other systems through APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Deploy and support solutions in Google Cloud Platform, including the backend and data components they need to run.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve code so automations are reliable and ready for production.
• Work directly with the client and project team to clarify needs, explain technical decisions, and keep delivery moving.
• Review code and guide other engineers, sharing standards and helping the team build reusable solutions.
• Converting an existing RPA process to Python may come up occasionally, but building new automations is the main focus.

What's Required / Technical Skills

• Strong Python software engineering experience - ideally 5+ years building production applications, APIs, or data pipelines.
• Experience designing AI-driven automations - able to turn a business process into a practical solution using LLMs or agentic workflows where appropriate.
• Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience - comfortable developing and deploying solutions in Google Cloud, particularly backend or data components. Deep Google Cloud Platform expertise is required.
• Systems integration skills - experience connecting Python applications to APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Production development practices - writes maintainable code, builds unit and integration tests, and works with CI/CD pipelines and containers.
• Independent, client-facing delivery skills - can own a solution from requirements through deployment and clearly explain decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on Agile delivery teams - able to collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, DevOps, and other developers.
• UiPath and other RPA platform experience as a nice-to-have

Hourly Rate - $50 - $65 an hour
