Job Description

As a Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained to meet organisational goals. This role focuses on developing strategies to manage recruitment processes and employee retention effectively.

Description

  • Leading recruitment strategy and delivery across the business
  • Managing, mentoring and developing an existing recruiter
  • Improving candidate attraction, screening, quality and conversion rates
  • Enhancing onboarding processes and early-stage employee retention
  • Partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people initiatives
  • Driving employee engagement, performance and people-related KPIs
  • Supporting employee relations, learning & development and wider HR projects

Profile

A successful Recruitment & Retention Manager should have:

  • Experience in recruitment and retention within a human resources setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders across an organisation.
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice preferred.

Job Offer

  • Permanent position with a salary ranging from 40,000 to 45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
