Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4 - Power Platform Developer (Contingent)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Only)

Contract Length: 18mo (Conversion Eligible)

Pay Rate: $61 - $65/hour (OT40)
Top Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • 2+ years of Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement experience.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Plusses:
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Financial Services, Regulatory Operations, Risk, Compliance, or Information Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx, APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation initiatives.
  • Job Summary:

    The Business Execution Consultant 4 will drive operational efficiency through process improvement, workflow automation, and low-code application development. This role combines business process expertise with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development to transform manual processes into scalable digital solutions that improve productivity, reporting, compliance, and operational performance.

    The ideal candidate is a strong business partner who can work directly with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for efficiency, and deliver practical technology solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between business operations and technology while independently driving meaningful outcomes.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    Operations & Process Improvement
    • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and improving controls.
    • Develop operational metrics, reporting, and performance dashboards.
    Power Platform Development
    • Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven applications).
    • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals and business processes.
    • Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, SQL, and enterprise data sources.
    • Develop forms, business rules, notifications, and workflow logic.
    • Support data validation, exception handling, and governance requirements.
    Solution Delivery & Governance
    • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
    • Document solution architecture, requirements, and support procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and risk standards.
    • Provide end-user training and support solution adoption initiatives.
