Sr .Net Core Developer (W2 only)

Role : .Net Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the following areas:

Required Skills:

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core and modern application development frameworks.
• Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud deployments.
• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
• Experience with source control, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices.
• Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows and modern software engineering tools.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, application monitoring, and production support.
• Cloud certifications in AWS and/or Azure are highly desirable.
• Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead or leading cross-functional development teams.

The candidate should be ready to take ownership of projects, drive technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
