This role offers the opportunity to be a critical part of a team that delivers expert roadside repair and member support. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery, tyre, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick and confident solutions with excellent customer reassurance. • Work independently to make the right calls for each customer situation. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet.
