The Role • Lead in-store training sessions focused on optometry and utilize state-of-the-art optical technology. • Provide expert optical consultations to customers and support colleagues with optometry-related queries. • Conduct and standardize refraction assessments within the team. • Oversee the technical equipment in the store and contribute to store management with your expertise. What You'll Need • Proven experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting. • Hold a completed certification as a Master Optician (m/f/d). • Possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers. • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities to achieve company objectives.
