The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members. • Perform vehicle fault finding and offer confident solutions. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service. • Respond to a variety of call-outs including battery, tyre, and complex mechanical issues. • Start and finish each shift from home. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work. • A strong customer-focused approach. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
