Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience supporting functional cloud applications, configuration, and workforce management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Overtime Calculation, with experience supporting US and Canadian requirements.
Key Skills / Must-Haves
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functional applications.
  • Expertise in Absence Management.
  • Experience with Overtime Calculation / Overtime Management or related configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with functional tools and application configuration.
  • Experience supporting workforce management processes.
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian HR policies, business requirements, and system configurations.
  • Ability to gather requirements, configure applications, troubleshoot issues, and support business users.
Core Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud functional applications.
  • Manage and support Absence Management configurations and related business processes.
  • Support overtime calculation rules and workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide application support.
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation of configuration changes.
  • Ensure configurations align with applicable US and Canadian business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation and support system enhancements
