Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with Saviynt expertise to support a Phase 2 IAM implementation and transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, provisioning, workflows, integrations, and identity governance.

The IAM Engineer will work with IAM architects, security teams, application teams, and business stakeholders to implement and enhance enterprise identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and transformation of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

• Configure and maintain Saviynt workflows, policies, roles, access controls, and approval processes.

• Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.

• Configure automated user and account provisioning and deprovisioning.

• Perform application onboarding and integrate applications with Saviynt.

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, connectors, and web services.

• Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise applications.

• Configure and support RBAC, access requests, access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

• Perform identity correlation, account reconciliation, and identity data mapping.

• Troubleshoot provisioning, workflow, integration, and authentication issues.

• Support IAM automation and process improvements.

• Participate in development, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Work with application owners to gather requirements and support application onboarding.

• Assist with IAM data migration and transformation activities.

• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues.

• Monitor integrations and provisioning jobs and address failures.

• Maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and support procedures.

• Follow IAM security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Support Saviynt upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

• Experience with Saviynt implementation, configuration, and enhancement.

• Understanding of IAM / IGA concepts and identity lifecycle management.

• Experience with:

  • User lifecycle management

  • Provisioning and deprovisioning

  • Application onboarding

  • Access requests and approvals

  • RBAC

  • Access certifications

  • SoD

  • Identity reconciliation

• Experience with REST APIs and IAM integrations.

• Experience with Active Directory / LDAP and Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and HR/ITSM systems.

• Knowledge of IAM workflows and automation.

• Experience with scripting using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Saviynt certification.

• Experience with ServiceNow integration.

• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

• Exposure to CyberArk/PAM, MFA, and SSO.

• Experience with AWS or Azure IAM.

• Experience with Saviynt APIs and custom connectors.

• Knowledge of IAM security, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting enterprise IAM transformation or modernization programs.

Experience

5+ years of overall IAM experience with 2+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience preferred.
