The Team You’ll Join

As a proud part of Future's brand portfolio, Go.Compare's a passionate price comparison site finding customers savvy insurance deals. Within this, our Assurance team gets under the hood of some of the biggest insurance companies in the UK. We assess partner reporting accuracy and customer experience quality, creating real change that directly benefits Go.Compare and our customers. It's an exciting opportunity to help ensure our operations remain fair and compliant while developing your professional skills.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Audit Manager, you'll play an integral role in assessing compliance and accuracy across our partner networks. You'll complete risk-based reviews, audit partner reporting, and ensure regulatory alignment with key financial frameworks. You'll be given the freedom and flexibility to deliver on our agreed annual audit plan. Daily, you'll use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to perform data audits, documenting your findings systematically.

You'll work alongside internal audit teams across the wider Future group, surrounded by subject matter experts. This position offers ongoing learning and development in a unique and engaging industry. It's a hybrid role offering a split between remote work and our Cardiff office.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and reporting on risk-based internal or external audits within structured frameworks.
• Specific background conducting audits across major UK insurers, delegated authority networks, or white-label partnership models.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and practical assessment of key FCA frameworks, specifically Consumer Duty and the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD).
• Core proficiency in data manipulation and modeling using Excel and Google Sheets to assess reporting accuracy and audit samples.
• Proven ability to evaluate third-party reporting accuracy alongside end-to-end customer journey quality.
• Direct experience drafting comprehensive audit findings, documentation, and clear summaries for senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units to drive post-audit remediations and continuous process improvements.
• Qualified or actively pursuing relevant credentials (e.g., CIA, ACA, ACCA, QIAL).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience

The expected range for this role is £30,000 - £45,000

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Cardiff Office.
